Understanding the oxygen reduction kinetics on Sr2-xFe1.5Mo0.5O6-?: Influence of strontium deficiency and correlation with the oxygen isotopic exchange data

This paper presents, for the first time, results of studies electrochemical reaction oxygen reduction on Sr2Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-? and Sr-deficient Sr1.95Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-?, as promising electrodes solid state devices, by impedance method with subsequent interpretation data using concepts outlined in Adler et al. model. It was established that both is determined two relaxation processes associated diffusion, surface exchange, Knudsen diffusion pores electrode. Strontium deficiency found to have a positive effect activity electrodes, enhancing stage related exchange. Also, Sr2Fe1.5Mo0.5O6-?, quantitative correlation exchange coefficients obtained from isotopic demonstrated.
